Question with Protein Drinks?

  • Im 14 and after i workout big time i drink a 40 gram Abb Protein Drink. Is that okay for my body? Will most of it just go to waste? or should i drink about half of it now and half later? I just want to make sure i get the most protein i can.

  • drink it all at once..when u force that much protein at once ur body cant fully digest it and stores the remainder as fat..if u split it up ur body will digest it no problem...and dont forget..do not supplement ur shakes for meals continue on with ur meals and add the shakes in.

    inbetween meals drink a full shake
