How often do you go for walks?

  • I've gotten into a habit of going for walks every night from 3:00-5:00 AM.
    The night is just so peaceful.

  • Very often, usually in the early morning.It's the best way to clear my mind.

    I work about 1.5 miles from my house. I dont walk, but I take the bus which is like half a mile from my house. I walk a lot. Then I walk all day while Im at work.
